After a short discussion she understood exactly what I was looking for and took up a whole series of more dynamic poses like this one, each for only two minutes. Of course, by the time I had changed to a fresh sheet, and turned my drawing board around to suit the orientation, I only had about one-and-a-half minutes! No time to think, just do!
