Finished with this piece, above; a passing dark cloud in the shape of Australia above one of my Birch trees coming strongly into leaf.
I should probably go further but the day is looking good and I need to get out of the studio.
Started the day with some collage. Sometimes I'm not ready early in the morning to start painting so I start with cutting up magazines and re-assembling as an abstract. Then I try to make something of what I have done, like above.
